Peter consults with the team on several financial matters including financial reporting to investors, accountants and tax advisers. He is currently the CFO of Brook Venture Partners, and has previously held financial management positions at New Hill Management, where he was CFO, East Hill, a registered investment advisor, Polaris Venture Partners, a venture capital firm and United Asset Management, an investment management holding company. Peter also holds an adjunct faculty position at Boston College where he teaches entrepreneurship in the evening MBA program. Peter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Peter holds BS in Accounting from Saint JohnÕs University and an MBA from Boston College.
